With regard to the application of the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter only “Regulation 2016/679” or “GDPR”)

You are notified that:

§ 1 Data will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared and / or transmitted to third parties without the explicit consent of the subject.

§ 2 All necessary technical and organizational measures have been taken for the protection of your personal data.

§ 3 The following rights as a data subject under the General Data Protection Regulation:

  5. As a data subject you have the right to ask the administrator for your personal data to restrict their processing. The restriction is allowed in the following cases:
  6. When you consider that your personal data is not accurate, in which case the restriction is for a period necessary for the administrator to verify the accuracy.
  7. When the processing of your personal data is unlawful, but you do not want them to be erased, and you only want to restrict their use.
  8. When you have objected to the processing pending verification that the legitimate grounds of the administrator prevail over your interests as a data subject.
  • As a personal data subject, you have the right to request that your personal data be erased without undue delay, i.e. the administrator will erase your personal data from all systems and records where they are stored, including notifying any third party/processor to whom the data has been provided. A request for Erasure may be submitted in the case of any of the following grounds: Personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected; When you have withdrawn your consent; When you have objected to the processing where the processing is unlawful; Where personal data are to be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation under Union law or the law of a Member State which applies to the Administrator; Where personal data have been collected in connection with the provision of information society services. § 4 An administrator may refuse to erase personal data for the following reasons:

  1. Exercising of the right to freedom of expression and the right to information.
  2. With the purpose of compliance with a legal obligation by the administrator or for the performance of a task in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the administrator.
  3. Due to public interest reasons in the field of public health.
  4. Archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research or statistical purposes, insofar as the deletion is likely to make it impossible or serious to hinder the attainment of the objectives of that processing; or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims;

§ 5 As a subject of personal data, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time, by indicating a reason for this.
